Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to ensure that the item is eligible for a return, and we will charge a 2% restocking fee on your order.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.

EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.

Shipping

You can return the product in its original packaging using the shipping company of your choice. Shipping costs and import taxes (if any) to China will be borne by the customer.

Once the product arrives at our warehouse and is confirmed to be in the same condition as when it was originally shipped, we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
