• Shipping Location
  We ship to more than 50 countries around the world: you can choose your shipping destination when browsing or checking out. If you cannot choose the destination you need to ship to at checkout, please contact us at michaelmao@jsstone.ltd and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
• Order Delivery Cycle
  Especially for our larger products, regular products are manufactured in 15-20 days, and customized products take longer, about 30-45 days. Please note that the delivery time is a production estimate and is for reference only. The actual delivery date will be within 5 working days from the time you place your order. We will contact you to confirm the details of your order.
  Delivery time may be affected by external factors, such as traffic congestion before major holidays, extreme weather, etc. If you need to consult a representative about specific questions about the delivery of your order, customers can provide the order number and contact us through the service michaelmao@jsstone.ltd.
• Shipping
  We charge shipping fees based on the weight of the product. If your order is between 100-500KG, we will charge you $368. If it is between 500-1000KG, we will charge you $1414. The details vary depending on the actual situation and the courier's quotation. If you have any questions, please contact us at michaelmao@jsstone.ltd.
• Self-pickup
  You can pick up your order at No.5 Xin San Road, Bei Hou Wei, Shatian Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China 523000.
  Our factory offers EXW self pickup or DDP delivery, if you need, please call us or email us at michaelmao@jsstone.ltd and we will arrange it for you.
• Address change
  Before shipping, we will confirm the information and shipping time with you again. You can contact us at any time to change the address before that. If you need to change the delivery address within 1-2 days after the goods are shipped, please contact michaelmao@jsstone.ltd for communication.
• Goods Acceptance
  Upon receipt of goods, the customer or nominated party is strongly advised to inspect the goods before the delivery team leaves. If any defects are found at this time, they must be raised immediately to the delivery team and recorded on the delivery note. Please send an email to michaelmao@jsstone.ltd within 2 working days with your order number, a brief description of the defect and photo attachments, and we will contact you immediately.
  Accepted goods cannot be returned on the grounds of defects.
  Changes of mind on color and product will not be accepted. No exchanges, returns or refunds are allowed unless manufacturing defects are discovered at the time of delivery or pick-up.
